Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us enough time to fill this time slot. If you fail to cancel prior to 24 hours of your appointment slot, you are be legally liable to pay the full treatment price. Bookings made within 24hours of their appointment are not permissible for cancellation or rescheduling. One reschedule per appointment is permissible, subjected to 24hours in advance notice. Cancellation policy exemptions ***Induction reflexology appointments *** *** When you go into labour prior to your scheduled induction appointment you will be exempt from the cancellation policy as we know babies can beat us to the clock😃 Your appointment will then become a postnatal reflexology session and will be rescheduled for when you ready to do so ***
