Hi, I'm Rashieda,
I have over 15 years experience practising Reflexology, Holistic and various different types of massages. Treating people for many different conditions, I tailor a unique treatment to best assist you to de-stress, deep relax and to rebalance your body's wellbeing.
I'm specially qualified in pre-conceptual, pregnancy and post-natal Reflexology and massage. I can work with you to create an optimum internal environment for pregnancy, relieving common symptoms including back pain, nausea, fatigue and swelling to calm and relax the body and help you prepare for birth. Reflexology is often now recommended as a treatment to naturally help induce labour.

I've worked with some of the best hotel spas in Cape Town and London, I've treated clients at The Dorchester Spa Mayfair, Triyoga Soho and Chelsea, Reflexions Salon in Chelsea and Bayswater.
