What is reflexology?Reflexology is a gentle to firm massage technique on the feet to rebalance and restore wellbeing by working on the reflex points on the feet to deep relax and calm the body.
-
Can reflexology benefit fertility?I focus on Reflexology to assist women in becoming pregnant by helping to create an optimum internal environment in the body, thereby increases the chances of getting pregnant.
-
How does it work?By working on the specific reflex points on the feet, this improves circulation and lymph flow, thereby cleanses the body of impurities and enhances the body to naturally restore to its own healthy balance. Stress, worry, tension and various health conditions depletes and blocks the flow of nutrients and prevents the optimal function of the body. Reflexology helps unblock these pathways by improving circulation and clearing imbalances.
-
What is it good for?Reflexology promotes deep relaxation and stress relief and calm the mind and body. This treatment is also invigorating and energising. Reflexology is a great antidote to stresses and strains of modern living and promotes and maintains good health.
-
Is it good in pregnancy? If pregnant, you have to be at least 13 weeks pregnant in order to have any treatment. Reflexology reduces pregnancy related symptoms, calms and relaxes the body, and from 37 weeks pregnant, helps prepare the body for birth. Pregnancy massage is a wonderful experience, as it helps a woman to relax and supports your body during the period of physiological changes and helps prepare the whole body for birth. Pregnancy can put a strain on your body and massage helps relieve aches and pains and other common symptoms during pregnancy and to relax, de-stress and enjoy your journey to motherhood. Reflexology helps with pregnancy strains, fertility imbalances, Pre-conceptual, Pregnancy, Induction and Post Natal wellbeing. Reflexology is also very important after birth to re-balance the hormones, avoid postnatal depression and to stimulate breast milk and uterine contractions to help get the figure back.

Are there other physical and mental benefits?Other benefits include Deep Relaxation and De Stress, Alleviate Anxiety and Depression, Headaches and Migraines, Hormonal imbalances, Post operative recovery, Premenstrual syndromes, Menopause, High blood pressure, Digestive disorders, Boost immune system, Pain relief, Water retention
