Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions * If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24hours in advance to allow us enough time to fill the time slot. * Failure to do so will result in being legally liable to pay the full treatment price. If you cancel your appointment prior to 24hours you will be refunded less 15% of total amount paid for card processing fees and admin cost which is not refundable to us. * Bookings made within 24 hours of their appointment are not permissible for cancellation or rescheduling. * One reschedule per appointment is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee. ***Please note that Induction Reflexology appointments are exempt from this policy as we understand that babies can arrive unexpectedly. In this case, your appointment can be rescheduled as a postnatal reflexology session at a time that is convenient for you and your baby. * Gift cards and gift vouchers are valid for 6month to 18 months depending on the type of package you have. * Gift cards and gift voucher vouchers are non refundable.
