Cancellation Policy:
* If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24hours in advance to allow us enough time to fill the time slot.
* Failure to do so will result in being legally liable to pay the full treatment price. * * *
* Bookings made within 24 hours of their appointment are not permissible for cancellation or rescheduling.
* One reschedule per appointment is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
***Please note that Induction Reflexology appointments are exempt from this policy
as we understand that babies can arrive unexpectedly. In this case, your appointment can be rescheduled as a postnatal reflexology session at a time that is convenient for you and your baby.
